AITC Summer Workshop Series

Registration is open for our 2026 summer professional development opportunities. These in-person workshops will equip you with the tools necessary for integrating agriculture into your instruction.

New this year: Workshops have transitioned to an overnight, 2-day format, allowing for deeper engagement and expanded learning opportunities.

Each workshop will include a farm tour, lunch, and hands-on instruction where participants will hear from industry experts and receive resources to use in the classroom immediately. The cost to attend is $150. Participants will receive a certificate to present to their home district for renewal credit.

OPTIONAL COURSE – A participant may choose ONE workshop to complete additional assignments for to earn 20 renewal credits for our SCDE-approved course. Participants may attend multiple workshops, but may only take the SCDE-approved course once throughout the summer. For more information, or to indicate your interest in the SCDE-approved course, please email Jill Hurst

(Please note that each registration is separate. To sign up for multiple workshops, you must complete a registration for each.)
